I have built much of my career in non-mainstream sport environments, where visibility is not guaranteed and commercial value has to be unlocked through creativity, partnerships, storytelling and community relevance.
I bring nearly 20 years of experience across sport marketing, partnerships, sponsorship, brand activation, digital strategy and storytelling.
My background combines strategic thinking, relationship-building and hands-on execution in Olympic and Paralympic sport, non-mainstream sports environments, education and brand advisory.

At the Italian Fencing Federation, I have worked across marketing, partnerships, communication and stakeholder engagement in a complex Olympic and institutional environment. My role has focused on increasing visibility, strengthening sponsor value, growing audience relevance and helping position fencing as a more commercially and culturally compelling property.
Marketing, Brand Activation and Digital Strategy Consultant
I have advised organizations, brands, public figures and businesses on digital strategy, audience development, storytelling, brand positioning and activation. My work has often focused on contexts where visibility is not automatic and value has to be built creatively rather than simply amplified.
Lecturer in Sport Marketing, Digital Communication and AI
I teach in postgraduate and executive education programs, with a focus on sport marketing, digital communication and AI applied to marketing and sport business. Teaching has strengthened my ability to translate complex industry dynamics into clear, practical frameworks.
